All our products are handmade to order in our East Yorkshire studio. All veils are made using a soft tulle and sewn onto a silver metal comb.
If you are unsure on colour, you can order swatches to check against your dress.
All products can be altered to suit any specific design requirements you have, so please get in touch if you’d like to make any changes.
Veil Care:
All our products are packaged carefully to ensure no damage during shipment.
Once you receive your veil we recommend hanging your veil in a garment bag. You can use the hanging loop we have placed through the comb to hang it on a hanger inside the garment bag. Remember to cut the loop out on your wedding day. There may be some creasing in the veil occurred during shipment, but this will naturally fall out after a few days of hanging.
Please do not iron your veil as you will distort or burn a hole in the fabric. If you want to steam your veil we recommend using a professional service, but if you choose to do it yourself make sure hold the steamer at a 5-10cm distance from the fabric and not directly on it,
We cannot accept any damage caused by incorrect veil care.
Returns:
Each Madeleine Daisy veil is handmade to order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there is a fault or damage, please report it to us via email within 14 days of delivery.
