All our products are handmade to order in the UK.
All products can be altered to suit any specific design requirements you have, so please get in touch if you’d like to make any changes.
Care:
All our products are packaged carefully to ensure no damage during shipment.
There may be some creasing occurred during shipment, but this will naturally fall out after a few days. You can steam the items to reduce creasing.
Please do not iron your item as you will distort or burn a hole in the fabric. If you want to steam your veil we recommend using a professional service, but if you choose to do it yourself make sure hold the steamer at a 5-10cm distance from the fabric and not directly on it,
We cannot accept any damage caused by incorrect care.
Returns:
Unless there is a fault or damage, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges as each product is handmade to order. Faults or damages must be reported to us via email within 14 days of delivery.
